From Putney, MHV Clinic is around thirty to thirty five minutes away, with a train to Vauxhall and a direct Victoria line ride to Oxford Circus.
Take the train from Putney to Vauxhall, then the Victoria line northbound direct to Oxford Circus, about two minutes from our door. From East Putney, you can also take the District line to Victoria and change to the Victoria line.
Putney patients include rowers from the boathouses along the river, runners and cyclists, and families. Rowing and running injuries, back pain, and neck and shoulder problems are among the most common reasons they come to us.
We start by listening, then assess how you move to find what is driving the pain, not just where you feel it. Treatment begins in the same session, and you go home with exercises to keep things moving.
