Andrew Mayers

Andrew Mayers MHV Clinic
Registered Osteopath & Clinical Pilates Teacher
Andrew is a registered osteopath and Clinical Pilates teacher with over 15 years’ experience in musculoskeletal therapy, movement, rehabilitation, and exercise-based care.

His clinical approach combines osteopathic assessment and hands-on treatment with movement analysis and Clinical Pilates, supporting individuals experiencing musculoskeletal pain, injury, reduced mobility, and longer-term physical health concerns. He aims to address both symptoms and the underlying factors affecting movement and function, using individualised treatment and progressive exercise rehabilitation.

Andrew has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, from active individuals returning to training and sport to older adults and those managing persistent musculoskeletal conditions. His approach focuses on improving mobility, strength, confidence in movement, and long-term physical resilience.

Alongside his osteopathic practice, Andrew’s background in Pilates allows him to bridge the gap between hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation, giving patients practical strategies to maintain progress beyond the treatment room.

He has a particular interest in evidence-informed musculoskeletal care, Clinical Pilates, exercise adherence, injury rehabilitation, and integrated approaches that combine manual therapy with movement-based rehabilitation.
