David Belegni

Registered Osteopath & Sports Therapist
David is an osteopath who believes that lasting results come from understanding the whole person, not just the painful area. He holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Alongside his osteopathic training, he is a Level 3 sports massage therapist.

Having played football, basketball, and gymnastics, David understands both the physical and mental demands that sport places on a person – the loads the body absorbs, and what it means to be sidelined by an injury. That experience shapes how he works with active patients and informs his approach to getting them back to what they enjoy.

His treatment is built around the individual. David uses a broad range of hands-on techniques – soft tissue work, articulation, and manipulation – selecting what suits the patient in front of him on that particular day rather than applying a set protocol. He has a strong interest in pain science and how factors such as stress, sleep, training load, and daily habits shape a person’s experience of pain, and he pairs manual treatment with clear explanation and targeted rehabilitation so patients understand their condition and can maintain their progress independently.

David works with a wide range of patients, from gym-goers and active individuals managing training-related injuries to those dealing with persistent pain, postural strain, or the physical demands of long hours at a desk.

Outside the clinic, David trains regularly in the gym and is a big football and basketball fan.
