Who we see from Harley Street

Some of our patients are referred from, or work in, the Harley Street medical district, and many simply want a hands-on clinician who explains their problem clearly. We regularly see persistent back and neck pain, joint problems and people recovering after an injury or surgery.

What to expect at your first visit

Every first appointment includes a full consultation, a hands-on assessment and treatment in the same session. We explain what we have found in plain language and only suggest further visits if you need them.

What we can help with

  • Back pain and sciatica
  • Joint stiffness and recovery after injury
  • Neck pain and headaches

Where we are in relation to Harley Street

MHV Clinic is not on Harley Street itself. We are on Winsley Street, just off Oxford Street by Oxford Circus, around a ten minute walk from the southern end of Harley Street. That short walk means you can reach a hands-on osteopath without travelling far from the medical district.

Routes from the north and south of Harley Street

From the southern end, near Cavendish Square, walk east along Margaret Street and turn right towards Oxford Street. Winsley Street runs between the two. Great Portland Street station is also nearby if you prefer to walk south through Fitzrovia.

Seeing an osteopath alongside other care

If you are already under the care of a consultant or GP, you are welcome to bring any letters, scan reports or exercise plans to your appointment. Your osteopath will take your full history into account and will tell you plainly if they think another type of care would suit you better.
